Organizing an activity in Pianofabriek. This is possible and we are happy to do this together.

We give priority and advantageous rates to people who are committed to making society and Pianofabriek a better place. It is therefore important that you fill in the room application forms as completely as possible.

It is necessary to pay before the start of the activities, otherwise you will not be allowed access to the room.

For activities with an audience of more than 50 people, a person from your organization is obliged to be present at the reception to receive visitors until the end of the activity and closing time.

When using the bar, one of our bartenders is always present: he or she will help you during the activity. Only wine and aperitifs may be taken with you subject to prior approval and the payment of 60 euros stoppage fee. All other drinks and catering are required to be purchased from our catering services.

During the school holidays we interrupt the regular weekly activities to make way for one-off internships and activities.

Pianofabriek is not insured for accidents and theft during your activities.
We ask users to take out insurance for the risks associated with their activity.

The requested deposit can be withheld in whole or in part, for example if the room has not been left clean, but also if you do not show up without notice.
The rules of use apply to any use of a room. Please read this carefully beforehand.
